Deer, mouflons, Alpine ibexes, wild boar, a small animal enclosure and much more.
You should take at least half an hour for a tour of the Alpine wildlife park. The tour begins at the Pfänder mountain house with the kids’ favourites: the dwarf goats, hares and pot-bellied pigs.
Right next door you can watch the climbing art of a pack of ibexes. Slightly further on we meet the wild boar, the forebears of our domestic pigs. Next, the European mouflon shows itself. One recognises the mouflon ram by its curved horns. The most extensive enclosure houses a proud pack of red deer. In October, during the mating season, the deer bellow loudly.
Immediately after the mountain station you reach the starting point of your tour, which, of course, you can also enjoy in the opposite direction.
Open during the day, year-round; entry is free.
