Did you know that…
…in 2008, Daniel Craig aka James Bond went hunting a criminal in an action-packed scene in the Festival House and on the lake stage? The scene forms part of Quantum of Solace. On 7/11/2008, the film was shown at one of the original settings of the film – in the Bregenz Festival House. Approximately 1,700 guests came to the presentation of the film. The entire Bregenz Festival House carried the James Bond theme. Gerry Hofstetter, a light artist, illuminated the entire Festival House with images of 007. “The James Bond films have always taken the cinema audience to special locations.” Barbara Broccoli, producer Quantum of Solace.
